Job Description | Your role will involve:
- Product & Service Marketing: Promoting our range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
- Target Achievement:Â Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Customer Development:Â Developing new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from both existing and new customers.
- Account Management: Aggressively reviewing account activities to uncover new business or upselling opportunities.
- Quotation & Order Management: Preparing and handling quotation requests, coordinating goods delivery, and managing payment collections.
- Sales Opportunities Development:Â Researching and identifying potential accounts to develop sales opportunities.
- Cold Calling: Initiating contact with prospective customers through cold calls.
- Follow-Up & Sales Cycle Management: Conducting follow-up meetings with customers and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Quota Responsibility: Managing accounts with a sales quota.
- Ad-Hoc Duties:Â Performing any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification & Experiences | About you
- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.
- Experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in researching and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Experience in cold calling and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.
