We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Intern to be part of Group Human Resource, supporting the HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellences (COEs) to drive people agenda in the Group. You would have the opportunities to learn about the different strategic and operational functions experienced by HR Business Partners (HRBP) in their daily tasks, and getting your hands on our initiatives.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• HRBP
  • Supporting HRBP in manpower tracking
  • Assist in employee survey implementation and analysis
  • Assist in building skills/competencies framework for selected Business Units
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend process enhancements
• Employment Engagement
  • Prepare internal communication for employee engagement activities / events
  • Coordinate logistics for pre and actual event
• Operations / Administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with Office Manager to ensure good employee experience for new joiners
  • Assist in preparation of data to Insurers to update any movements
  • Assist in scheduling pre-employment medical check-ups with candidates
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or any related disciplines.
• A highly motivated and an excellent communicator is key in this role.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365
• Resourceful, inquisitive, analytical, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Internship duration: 3 months to 6 months
