Qualifications Bachelor Degree
- Provide support in all aspects of human resource and administrative functions
- Staff training – source for and liaise with external trainers, venue bookings, logistic arrangements, prepare annual training calendar, training budgets, reports and analysis, etc.
- Staff recruitment – Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal department heads on recruitment needs
- Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers
- Coordinate and organise corporate events, annual dinners, convention trips etc.
- In-charge of application/renewal/cancellation of corporate cards and fuel cards.
