Job Description

Design for BAS &  ELV System;

Execution & monitoring project progress, attending site meeting;

Liase with Admin dept on Purchasing & Logistics functions;

Prepare progress claim and service report;

Attend to customer calls and complaints;

Prepare proposals for system upgrading;

Supervise subcontractors for effective project implementation;

Coordinate with relevant parties to the contract to ensure no slipping in work progress;

Perform testing & commissioning on BAS & ELV systems;

To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time
