Job Description

Oppstar Technology is principally involved in provision of post silicon verification for ICs such as processors, chipsets and FPGA products. Post silicon validation is the process to validate that an IC is functional and conforms to the design specification. Our post-silicon validation services include device-system based validation, electrical characterization, software and hardware compatibility and debugging.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new device validation strategies, plans and schedules by integrating different requirements from various engineering and business departments;

  • Collaborate on PCB board design to develop high speed engineering PCB Board;

  • Design and generate test and measurement patterns/vectors for characterization;

  • Perform bench measurements for high-speed FPGA/PLD devices using state-of-the-art characterization equipment (high bandwidth oscilloscope, high frequency pulse/signal generator, programmable power supply, digital multi-meter, etc.);

  • Contributing in the areas of System Marginality Validation, System I/O Circuit Validation (signal integrity validation +Bench Design Validation) test plan development and data collection and/or debug and/or analysis and/or documentation and/or reporting.

Qualification :

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation or equivalent, in related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will be provided on-site hands-on training required for the job.

Non-engineering graduate also will be considered for those who demonstrate strong interest in good analytical skills, problem solving / debugging capabilities and must be able to work well in a team environment.
