Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- To install, upgrade and support Windows-based systems and servers, manage user access to company server, office365 and other third party solutions.
- Installing, configuring, computer hardware, software, system, networks and printers.
- To diagnose and troubleshoot and resolve problem related to software, hardware and operating system.
- To monitor and maintaining network security and stability.
- To manage and maintain company website and others online application
- To maintain and enhance the effectiveness of system to meet current and future business need.
- Assist in updating of IT operations/technical, by proposing new technology would be most beneficial to the company.
- Maintain and record accurately inventory of IT equipment
- Maintain proper IT documentations
- Work with management to create and execute long-term strategy
- To assist in other IT related projects for activities.
- Monitoring facebook , instagram , tik tok and google ADS
- Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing and executing marketing strategies and marketing ideas.
- Manage all social media account Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies
- Develop a variety of content marketing materials across our existing social media platforms
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to CEO.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
