Job Responsibility:

1. Increase hotel merchant bookings and drive brand (LetsGoHoliday.my) awareness.
2. Collaborate with hotel merchants to create attractive promotions and discounts.
3. Create engaging content to showcase travel destinations and hotel offerings across social media and other platforms.
4. Distribute hotel promotions through our platform and marketing channels to maximize reach.
5. Run and analyze advertisement campaigns to generate bookings.
6. Handle booking inquiries professionally via phone to assist with booking modifications.

Job Requirements:

1. Has experience in marketing and customer service.
2. Passionate about B2C digital marketing.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling guest inquiries and hotel collaboration.
4. Has copywriting skills to create engaging social media posts and blog posts.
5. Proficient in Canva for marketing material creation.

Not Mandatory but BONUS if:

1. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
2. Graphic design
3. Familiar with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
4. Familiar with Google Analytics

Salary Range:

RM 2,350 to RM 3,000 (with performance incentives and commission)
