Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor daily product measurement and installation schedule to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customers’ requirements and company standards.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors in ensuring product measurement and installation services is carried out in accordance to customers’ requirement.
  • Liaise with house owners for scheduling of product measurement and installation services and update status accordingly from time to time.
  • Prepare all relevant documents pertaining to product measurement and installation services’ request and promptly update all such information into system.
  • Ensure customers request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.
  • Keep records of customer interaction, transaction, comments and complaints as well as all dealings with sub-contractors.
  • Ensure of all receiving of goods from Headquarter are in accordance to customers’ order and in good conditions. Take necessary actions for resolving if otherwise.
  • Co-ordinate receiving of goods return from customers as well as disposition of expired material / goods back to Headquarter.
  • Performs any other tasks and responsibilities within the Branch Operations as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher STPM/Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in customer communication and sales coordination will be advantage. However, fresh-graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work for 5.5 days.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Conversant in both spoken and written of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
