Job Description
1. Customer Care Consultant (Shah Alam) (15Â VACANCIES)
- Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
- Salary:Â up to RM 2300.00 (Basic) + RM 500.00 (Allowances) + RM 1250.00 (Max Incentives) + Overtime
- Type: Contract (Renewable Basis)
- Rotating shift between 6.30 am – 2.00 am (9 hours shift)
- Benefits: Medical Insurance, Free Staff Line Number, Free Parking
- Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Customer Service or any equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry preferably in call centre.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
- Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- MUST be able to work on shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.
- Able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.

2. Customer Service Officer (Bangsar South) (10Â VACANCIES)
- Â Location:Â Bangsar South (Walking distance from the LRT Station)
- Salary:Â Up to RM 2,200 + Language/Shift/Attendance Allowance + Incentives based on Performance
- Type: Contract (Renewable Basis)
- Rotating shift between 6.00 am – 2.00 am (9 hours shift)

- Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry preferably in a call centre.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
- Credit in English, Maths and Bahasa Malaysia for SPM is a MUST.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicant(s) must be able to work on shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.
- Able to start work immediately.
- MUST possess own transport with a valid driving license.

3. Customer Service Officer (Inbound) (10 VACANCIES)Â
- Location: Ampang Park, KL (Nearby LRT Station)
- Salary: Up to RM3,500 + Shift Allowance
- Type: Contract (Renewable Basis)
- 24/7 Rotating Shifts
- Requirements:
- SPM with 5 years’ experience in inbound contact center OR
- Diploma with 2 years’ experience in inbound contact center OR
- Fresh Degree/ Masters Graduate
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to work in rotating shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.
- Possess own transport.
- Clear from CTOS & CCRIS.
4. Inbound Contact Centre Executive (KL)Â (10 VACANCIES)
- Location: Jalan Raja Laut / Ampang Park (Nearby LRT Station)
- Salary: RM 2500
- Type: Contract (Renewable Basis)
- Monday – Friday (Staggered Working Hours in between 8AM to 9PM – 8 Hours Working with 1 Hour break)
- Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in a call center, handling inbound calls.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written is a must.
- Fresh Graduates (Degree/Master) are encouraged to apply.
- Applicant(s) must be able to start work immediately and to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated.
