1. Customer Care Consultant (Shah Alam) (15 VACANCIES)

• Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
• Salary: up to RM 2300.00 (Basic) + RM 500.00 (Allowances) + RM 1250.00 (Max Incentives) + Overtime

• SPM with 5 years’ experience in inbound contact center OR
• Diploma with 2 years’ experience in inbound contact center OR
• Fresh Degree/ Masters Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to work in rotating shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.
• Possess own transport.
• Clear from CTOS & CCRIS.

4. Inbound Contact Centre Executive (KL) (10 VACANCIES)

• Location: Jalan Raja Laut / Ampang Park (Nearby LRT Station)
• Salary: RM 2500
• Type: Contract (Renewable Basis)
• Monday – Friday (Staggered Working Hours in between 8AM to 9PM – 8 Hours Working with 1 Hour break)
• Requirements:
• Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in a call center, handling inbound calls.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written is a must.
• Fresh Graduates (Degree/Master) are encouraged to apply.
