Job Description
- As Liaison Officer for the Company and Group with Banking Institutions on corporate finance issues and banking facilities. To source and secure banking facilities with the best possible terms to finance the Group’s business operations.
- As Liaison with Regulatory bodies on the execution of Company and Group’s business with regards to Corporate and Financial Compliance.
- To carry out Risk and Creditworthiness assessments for new and existing clients and act as the Credit Controller for the Group’s Debtors.
- Perform compliance review for the targeted processes according to the risk assessment to ensure compliance is incorporated into daily operations and processes. Identify control gaps and/or potential opportunities for improvement, design and lead execution of closure plan, and track/report results.
- Provide support to the business for compliance-related matters, eg. Answering the inquiries from business about the control design and compliance related questions, involving in financial-related system development phase to provide recommendations, etc.
- Organise and facilitate Finance SOP reviews across Finance Departments.
- Manage the internal audit programme, including conducting and managing the business and process audits, overseeing the audit program, developing of the annual audit plan, identifying the resources required to complete the plan
- Provide advice on internal control and participate in enhancing internal audit standards and practices within the Group.
- On carrying out the internal audit on the company business operational activities and reporting to the Board of Directors.
