- To attend to customers’ phone enquiries and calls deployment
- To provide service reservations
- To coordinate breakdown site services for customers
- To update customers’ database in system
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ /’O’ level or equivalent.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
- Equipped with administrative experience will be an added advantage.
