Job Description

Assist in business development – developing appropriate marketing strategies and campaigns to promote services.

Research and update info on media publications.

Assist to bring in new sales and meet sales targets.

Handle company mobile phone and manage company social media pages and online enquiry regularly.

Initiating, coordinating and closing home care services of hospital sitters, stay-in caregivers, etc.Â

Liaise with vendor, supplier, and contractor for respective tasks, purchasing of medical disposable and grocery for nursing homes and for the usage of company including food, houseware, electrical appliances, etc.

Arrange and update outstanding payment for all suppliers of nursing homes.

To help in outbound sales and marketing roadshows when needed.

Provide orientation for new employees. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and the employee handbook current.

 To resolve staff’s issues or problems if there is any.

 To distribute cash salary for Foreigner staff if required.

 Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the superior and /or Management as and when required.
