Job Description;
- Assist in process order, issuing Quotation & other administrative tasks.
- Assist to follow up & ensure goods deliver as per schdeule.
- Assist in processing Invoice. (IF ANY)
- Assist filing Documentation and Follow up valid Delivery Order.
- Photocopy / Scan documents upon request.
- Assist in compiling documents upon Auditor request.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Candidate must be independent and show team work spirit.
- Candidate must be able to read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin due to nature of the business.
- Candidate must be willing be placed in Kuchai Lama.
- Internship at least 3 months and above
