- Prepare private and confidential presentation material, agenda, memorandum and meeting minutes.
- Maintain documentation, data management and filing
- Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and other relevant duties as and when assigned.
- Liaise with internal staffs, subsidiaries, lawyers, external auditors and government office.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Assist director with tenders and contracts.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in MSOffice, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Multi-tasking able to work in dependently
- Must always be at the best present able manner to enhance image of the company
- Willing to learn and fast learner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Discretion and trustworthiness; you will often be party of confidential information.
