Job Description

We have vast experience in building network operation centres, managing 7x24x365 monitoring operation centre, extracting network information for business applications, test, Big Data transactional information analysis and etc. We deploy solutions over 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE, IPTV, VoIP, IP MPLS networks, NGN, IMS and IT and Cloud technologies.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Accounts Executive.

Reporting to: Finance Manager

  1. Responsibilities :
  2. To handle full set of accounts.
  3. To perform entry on daily routine including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  4. To handle day-to-day banking matters including payments and collections.
  5. To maintain weekly cashflow and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  6. To maintain Fixed Assets Register and perform fixed asset count.
  7. To conduct inter-company balances/ transaction reconciliation.
  8. To handle administration works including raise Purchase Requisition, raise Purchase Order and check staff claim.
  9. To prepare and submit timely, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports/ schedules/ surveys.
  10. To assist in the preparation of annual building budgets, management reports and profit forecasts.
  11. To attend auditors’ queries and prepare audit schedules.
  12. To attend tax agents’ queries and prepare tax working schedules.
  13. To take part in additional tasks or projects to learn more about operations.

 

  1. Requirements :
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or ACCA/CIMA level 2.
  3. Preferable with 1 or 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Required skills: MYOB Accounting System, MS Office (Excel and Words).
  5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  6. Willing to learn and able to work independently.
  7. Able to communicate in English fluently.
  8. Good attitude and able to work as a team player
