Company Description

MNG Malaysia operates in a complete garment manufacturing set up facility located in a local industrial zone. The facility caters the Panel Cutting operations, the Process Flow Sewing operations and the Finishing & Packing operations.

 

Apart from the main operations, Order Planning comprises of Material Sourcing & Testing, Sample Making, Pattern Making (CAD) and Lab Testing. Pre-Production Planning comprises of Marker Planning (CAD), Fabric & Material Inspections, and Production Efficiency Measures. In Process Control includes Inline Quality Inspections, Productivity Time Study, 100% finished garment checking, Broken Needle Detection and Pre-shipment Final Inspections.
