Base in Singapore, DLE M&E Pte Ltd has over 40 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical field. Formerly known as Double Lion Electrical Pte Ltd, we are registered with the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) with the highest grading of L6 in Integrated Engineering, Air-Con, Refrigeration and Ventilation Works and Electrical Engineering workheads to enable it to tender for unlimited contract sums.
With over 300 staff, we have successfully completed many projects spanning from fast-paced addition and alteration and renovation projects, to new developments for commercial, industrial, residential and healthcare.
Being a progressive company, we are in the forefront of pushing for productivity from within. In October 2016, we received from BCA the BCA BIM – Gold Plus award for our participation using Building Information Modelling as specialist contractor for the project Commonwealth Towers. In October 2015, we were also awarded the BCA BIM – Gold Plus award for the project Amber Skye. In November 2013, the Company was ranked 5th in the Enterprise 50 Award, co-organised by KPMG and Business Times. Having won the BCA Construction Productivity Award (Advocates – Merit) in May 2013 as well as the 2010 SME Growth Excellence Recognition award in May 2010, we are a fast growing and promising company in Singapore boosting an outstanding financial performance.
Striving for excellence, we have achieved ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO 14001 and bizSafe Star status, indicating our achievement of international and national standards on quality, assurance, environmental concerns and health and safety management. At the end of Year 2016, we have also been certified ISO 22301 for Societal Security – Business Continuity Management Systems which helped us to handle the current pandemic with confidence and the ability to plan ahead.

DLE is proud to be awarded the Tripartite Alliance Award 2018 – Work Life Excellence Award. The Award, conferred by the tripartite partners namely SNEF, NTUC and MOM, recognises companies who excel in building fair and progressive workplaces. The construction sector may not be the first industry that comes to mind when talking about work-life strategies. Needless to say, it’s even harder in a small-medium enterprise due to the limited resources.
